Yeah I know what you mean. Yeah im pulling for the underdogs now to…I liked him at first but man im just tired of Silva, he needs to lose. But yeah these are the guys who could be coming up for title shots. Marquardt, Mia, Bisping, Henderson, Okami, Cote, and possibly maybe still Wanderlei.
and get this, Dana is working on geting Vetor Belfort, he used to fight in the UFC at heavyweight. he’d give Silva a major challenge
See again, the thing is that Silva is just so damn versatile even if mias did get him to the ground silva seems to be so well versed in those kinds of submissions that he always knows how to defend them. Theoretically plenty of guys have the skills and fighting ability to beat him but just can’t utilize it effectively for w/e reason. I’ll be pulling for any of the underdogs that get put in front of silva though.
so basically everyone in the middleweight division
Nate Marquardt could do it if he gets another sot. And Damian Mia could do it. Those two are gona fight at UFC 101 and the winner could possibly get a title shot. I think if Nate comes in with a better game plan it could happen. And Mias Jujitsu is incridible. I know silvas faught submission guys before(Thales) but Mia is different..he’ll make you get to the ground and he will submit you. and I think Cote could pull it off if he gets another shot. and Yushin Okami could do it to.
Griffin is that guy that can handle a submission, if he gets Silva on the ground i believe Forrest will win buy a choke or a great armbar, Griffin is not my favourite but he is definitly one of the greatest guys when we talk about submissions.
cote is garb, forest will bring it to Anderson
forrest has some of th ebest groudn game in MMA
dan henderson has the chin of rampage jackson. and he didnt come out of the second round. and hendo is one of the best ever
You’re crazy. I like cote and all but I have yet to see a man that can beat silva. Cote like so many others didn’t have an answer for the mans versatility.

forrest is a dog he survived punishment from rampage stephan bonnar twice and shogun who is a former training partner of silva if anyone has a chance its him

yes i agree that silivia gets a feel for his opponent but cote took his best shots and kept coming for more i dont think forrest has a good chance he doesnt have the chin for it i think he will get beatin in the first round maybe if he is lucky he will go to the second to beat the spider u need a good chin quickness and a sick ground game. i dont see any1 having that except for maybe machida or gsp
well silva likes to get a feel for his opponent before going in for the kill he waits for them to get cocky and capitalizes on the smallest mistake cote had a slim to none chance but forrest should do pretty good
i would have to disagree with the TOYING WITH HIM if u see spiders fights thats how he fights and then goes for the kill but cote took his best punches and was still going i personally think that cote had a gr8 chance of beating him he was the only fighter to ever go past the second round so that say alot. if u can find a fighter with a gr8 chin and a good mmartist the spider will loose.
did you even see the fight? anderson was clearly toying with cote. If cote’s knee didnt get busted, he would have been knocked out by the spider in the later rounds.
did u even see the fight cause i think your just talkin shit. i saw the fight he didnt fuck any1 up cote fucked up his knee but it wasnt from a kick as they say SHIT HAPPENS and i give credit to the spider for his speech at the end of the match i tip my hat to him excellent sportsmanship

yeah its pretty much set in stone already…if he wins he gets a shot at the winner of Machida vs Shogun.
It Rashad wins, a rematch with Forrest might be cool…yeah i like that.
I think that if Rampage wins he should fight for the title but if Rashad wins he should have at least one more fight because thats whats happened when the champs get beat they win two then fight for the title again
he won’t fight Machida…they are training partners and very close friends…sadly it won’t happen.
Shogun is getting the next shot at Machida at UFC 104 and then the winner of Rampage vs Evans gets the next shot.
